Why Should people stop by your booth to taste your beer: I take a lot of time creating my recipes and I pride myself in carefully crafting beers that are complex with many layers of flavors and textures, but are not overwhelming and are a pleasure to drink. For Soktoberfest I’ll have two seasonal offerings (a farmhouse ale, and an Rye IPA) that display this attention to detail and keep in mind that, while you may not have just harvested your fields, it’s still late Summer in North Carolina and pretty darned hot. Stop by the Chicken Corner booth and you’ll see what I mean.
