Named after my grandfather, Wilhelm's Wheat melds American malt and hops with German yeast to create an easy drinking beer with low bitterness and hints of banana and clove. Perfect on a hot day, the light body and mild bitterness make the beer enjoyable to a broad audience while the yeast flavors satisfy beer aficionados looking for a Bavarian style brew. 

I will also be serving my amber ale, my house beer featuring the malt backbone of an amber ale complemented by solid hop flavor and aroma from the quintessential American hop, Cascade. Whether you are in the mood for malt or hops this balanced session beer satisfies any time of year.
