Why Should people stop by your booth to taste your beer: Whit and Jeremy have been brewing quality craft beer for almost 2 years. Whit is a Certified beer judge with a degree in science from NC State. Jeremy holds a degree in Illustration from Savanna College of Art and Design and currently works as a fabricator in Raleigh. With Jeremy’s skills in fabrication and Whit’s science background, the two have developed a custom flat-frame, all-grain, 10 gallon home brew system that allows for a very accurate and repeatable brew process. Their signature brews include: APA “Half Stache” - a fruit forward, hop-heavy ale that is both refreshing and complex, a Saison “Charrue” - a light, yet rustic farmhouse ale, fermented with a calculated blend of Trappist and Farmhouse yeasts, and an Imperial IPA “Double Half Stache” - a well balanced 9% IPA. Generous amounts of Columbus hops are added at both the end of the boil and the dry hop (with support from both Simcoe and Centennial). In total, over a pound of hops are added to this beer per 5 gallons!
