BIO: Justin Willis returns to the RailHawks after his first year as a professional. Willis played his collegiate career at N.C. State, where he started 20 games his senior season. Justin was a mainstay at rightback for the RailHawks U-23s in 2010 and 2011 and a vital member of the U-23's that went on to capture the USASA Men's U-23 National Championship and RegionIII Championship. A Raleigh native, Willis was a member of the Capital Area Soccer League. |
