RailHawks Tie Minnesota Thunder 1-1 PDF Print E-mail

The Carolina RailHawks tied the Minnesota Thunder 1-1 in their final preseason match, at WakeMed Soccer Park, with goals by Jamil Walker for Carolina and Andy Barron for Minnesota. Coach Schweitzer was able to take one final look at unsigned players still at training camp while continuing to build chemistry and  fitness before the start of the Carolina RailHawks USL-1 Season in Atlanta on Saturday April 19th.

The Carolina RailHawks now have one more week of training before the start their 2008 USL-1 Season in Atlanta on Saturday April 19th. The match will be broadcast live on www.usllive.com and fans are encouraged to visit the USLLive website to watch all of the Carolina RailHawks away games.

The Carolina RailHawks men’s team home opener at WakeMed Soccer Park is on April 26th at 7:30 PM against the Charleston Battery.  The newly-formed Carolina RailHawks women’s team will have its home debut on May 16th at 7:30 pm against the Atlanta Silverbacks.
