What time do the gates open?

The gates will open at 6:00pm.

How long does a game last?

Matches consist of two 45-minute halves, with a halftime break of about 15 minutes. Stoppage time may be added to the end of each half at the referee's discretion to compensate for delays during the game. In general, most games last about two hours.

What happens if it rains?

The RailHawks will play in the rain. The only time there will be a cancellation of a game is if lightning continues and does not show any sign of letting up. PA announcements will be made in case of an emergency so that fans can be kept updated about any inclement weather.

Where is the Lost and Found at the stadium?

If you have lost something, please check at the Johnson Maserati Box Office at WakeMed Soccer Park or our front office, located on the back side of Building A (the press box building) which is where any lost items will be kept.  Please call (919) 459-8144 if you have any questions about lost objects.

Where should I go if I need medical assistance while at the stadium?

If medical assistance is required, an Emergency Medical Technician will be available under the WakeMed tent located in the northwest corner of the stadium. If the injured person is unable to move, please inform the volunteer wearing a yellow vest at the front of your section and they will notify the EMT.

Where is the VIP parking section?

The VIP parking is located on the north side of the stadium. A sign on Chatham Street will indicate the entrance designated for VIP parking. Upon entrance into WakeMed Soccer Park, the signs and parking attendants will instruct you to the VIP parking section.

What is the U.S. Open Cup?

The Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup is the oldest annual team tournament in U.S. sports history and dates back to 1914. The competition is open to any team that can qualify, giving amateur teams the chance to compete against some of the best professional teams in the United States.

Is there anything I am NOT allowed to bring into the stadium?

The following items are not allowed to be brought into WakeMed Stadium:

How long do the parking lots open before a RailHawks game?

Parking will begin at 4:30pm (three hours before the start of the game) and gates to the stadium will open at 6:00pm.

What are parking charges for a RailHawks game at WakeMed Soccer Park?

Parking costs $6.

Is tailgating permitted?

Tailgating is permitted and encouraged. Parking is allowed three hours prior to the game and tailgating is allowed during this time.

What accommodations are available for disabled fans?

Handicap-accessible seating is always available. To use this area please contact our ticket office at (919) 459-8144 before attending the game. Individuals with hearing imparement can visit the St. Lawrence Homes Box Office to check out a hearing assistance device.

Are seats numbered or is seating general admission?

Seats at WakeMed Soccer Park are assigned by number. The stadium offers seven different types of seating options (VIP,Club, Terraze,Premium, 12th Men Section, The Depot and Spectator).The north stand 400 section is general admission.

Which sections have actual seats and which have bench seating?

WakeMed soccer stadium offers three types of seating that are available to every fan. Spectator seats are located in the north endzone and is bleacher seating. Premium seats are located on the East side of the stadium as well as sections 101, 102, 109 and 110 and provide a comfortable molded seating. Club seating is provided on the West side of the stadium in sections 103 - 108 and provide a comfortable seating with a back.

Can I purchase tickets at the stadium?

Tickets can be purchased at the Johnson Maserati Box Office at WakeMed Soccer Park during normal business hours.
Monday-Friday: 9 a.m.– 5 p.m.
Match days: 12-8 p.m.

At what age do children require tickets to a RailHawks home match?

All children 3+ will need a ticket to enter WakeMed Soccer Park.  All children 2 & under will be admitted without a ticket and must accompany and share the adult’s seat.

What is the refund and exchange policy?

RailHawks tickets are non-refundable. Tickets cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed and are only valid for the event and seat for which they are issued. In the event a game is postponed or rescheduled, original game tickets will be used for the new date.
